I am giving this place a 5* rating due to my service advisor, Tara. She is outstanding. If she can’t answer the phone immediately, she will call you right back. She is super knowledgeable and always helpful and cheerful. I am dealing with a Mercedes dealership in the Bay Area right now with horrible customer support, and it just reinforces my surprise an happiness to have found a first class service advisor like Tara. Thank you to La Mesa for hiring her.

Don’t bother calling as they seem adverse to answer the phone. All I needed was to talk to the parts department. Ended up driving 25 miles to get service. Was ignored by staff when I went into the front office. Finally had to go back outside and ask one of the lot guys where parts was.. Was a waste of time. The female at parts counter was clueless. She had to go in back to ask questions for everything. Do not recommend this place.
