When I moved to Nashville I became frustrated that I could not find a similar firm here.Thought I needed to buy a new Mac desktop. On a whim I checked their website and found an awesome used one that met my needs and saved me $1500!!!Great firm with very smart and knowledgeable staff.

Although we’ve purchased from LA Computer Company, their follow-up to communications, emails, questions is terrible, has been for as long as we’ve done business with them.Since we don’t have the time to chase after vendors to remind them to reply to communications, we seldom do business with LA Computer Company. Sorry, LA Computer, we just don’t have the luxury of time to remember to remind you.Rating may seem unfair, however, communications follow-up are vital, significant elements of good customer relations and support. Conversely, and in all fairness, once in LA Computer Company’s store (Anaheim) their support, knowledge and customer relations are outstanding. Unfortunately, we have to physically visit the store to experience those positive benefits.EDIT:March 26, 2021LA Computer Company, thank you for responding to these comments. However, any improvements are as simple as responding to emails (general inquiries, order follow-up questions, etc). Not a major issue, more of an annoyance and productivity bottleneck, but you folks have always been terrible at those follow-up communications, replying to messages, etc. We have actually discussed this issue over the years, unfortunately the response has been Who were you working with or I never received your email, etc. I know in the past your staff has been super busy but replying to email inquiries should only require a couple to few minutes per customer (maybe less!).Consumers, regardless of our experience with replies from LA Computer company (or actually, lack thereof…replies), once on the phone with LA Computer Company or in the store, the staff is outstanding, again, with knowledge, advice, etc.

I have been going to LA Computer Co. since 2011 when I bought a mini mac.A friend of mine has been going and also bought a mini mac. We have been getting them updated every few years. We bought up graded used mini macs this year plus some other equipment to use with them. We feel they are very honest, helpful to explain things for us even when we get home and need help. We both are senior citizens who need a lot of help. I will buy all my computer needs there.
