A couple years back, my family purchased a Ford sporttrac pickup. Can’t remember the year, but my god. They passed it for inspection but when we took it to mechanic for inspection they said that it would never pass. They flat out lied on a new York state official inspection and falsely passed it, which is very illegal. About 4 years of good care went by and the truck gets severe rod knock and we have to scrap the engine and sell the truck… don’t trust them. 80% chance that if you buy a car from them it won’t even come close to passing any inspection and it will be a danger to you.Part of the reason we took it to the mechanic for inspection is because there were noticeable and obvious problems including smoke coming from the exhaust
