I commissioned LA Art Exchange to fix a box frame with a delicate work by Damien Hirst as well as a fulll frame for a Botero. I dealt with Adam Cardello at the time and they did an amazing job. They were very attentive and careful to understand the work requests. Needless to say all was perfectly executed and I knew the works where in very trusting hands.

The owner is disrespectful and very rude every time she emails me she misspell my name, now I can understand it and tolerate it if it happened once or twice, but five times, five is a lot and it is a sign of intentional mistake that she kEEps on doing just because we had a slight misunderstanding and they didn’t do the job that I asked them to do.
