this place is unprofessional… I spoke to a sales representative earlier about some boots… I called letting them know I would be a few minutes late since I knew they were closing at 4pm… I arrive at 4pm door is closed (expected) and both associates were sitting behind the register just looking at us outside of the door, they shook their heads and walked away…I van understand if we hadn’t called or were more then 10 mins late but I called and they knew exactly what I wanted since I had called earlier and they even set it to the side… lost a 150+$ sale and will never shop here because of this experience
