Terrible service from start to finish, went in to pick out carpet and the part time help was anything but helpful. Couldn’t point me in the direction of what we were looking for and kept saying the owner is on Tuesday. Came back on Tuesday was able to pick out carpet and received install date of March 1st. Worked late days to get basement prepped for install then told day before carpet was not delivered yet will install on March 8th. Installer showed up late left sporadically didnt communicate or finish the job after one week. Owner offered new installer and no compensation, after going back and forth offered $250 (paid $1800). New installed is supposed to come at 1pm Wednesday calls at 130pm and to come Saturday, then offers to come at 5pm! Owner does not take any ownership of this terrible experience, does not call back when he says he will and offers nothing in terms of refund. Do Not Use, not worth the savings.
