Please, Save your money, you will be so disappointed. I had 2 procedures done on the same day. I did microblading and dark circle camflauge. This company took my money and pretty much ran with it. Microblading was such a horrible experience. The quality of work was amateur. At the end I cried and hated how it came out. In fact they didn’t charge me because I didn’t like the way the microblading came out. So I walked out not paying for that service. However, I felt bad and I reached out to them and said if they finish the job with touch up I will pay them. Days later my eyebrow was infected. A month later they saw how it looked and tsaid let’s give it time to heal. Then they made an appointment for the touchup and then canceled it. I texted several times after and they ignored my text. Today the owner reaches out to me after I texted them again and finally says they will not be able to do the touchup. The only reason I paid was because they were going to do the touch up. I also had the camouflage for the under eye done. Horrible job. I have patches under my eyes now. So I regret finding this place. Please do your research before coming to his office. Lesson learn don’t feel bad when the quality of work doesn’t match you expectations and they say we won’t charge you, just go and don’t feel bad. I regret finding this place and paying for their services. Please be careful. Once again horrible experience.2/26/2021- I am a difficult person. How because I was in pain, that makes me difficult. Me not liking the shape made me difficult. Now you are spewing lies. I was never rude, I let you guys finish the work. First off when you did the camouflage, it was new to me, I didn’t expect it to hurt as much. The microblading was painful. I am sorry if I had low tolerance for pain and explained that to you guys. What it seem like was that were getting annoyed But I stuck through it. At the end the day the text I sent to you was if you do the touch up I will pay. That’s the only reason why I paid. During this pandemic it would be hard for someone else to finish the job. I didn’t like in the beginning and still didn’t like it but I felt maybe the touch up would make it look better. I thought it started to look a little better. In fact after all that I sent you guys a pic and you said it’s been a month and it is starting to turn purple. You guys said that was not normal. I followed your protocol and you said maybe your skin needs more time to heal. you guys said let’s give it more time heal. Not once did I say anything disrespectful . I have all the text between us. Later on i asked you, are we going to schedule an appointment and you never responded. I waited for a couple of weeks and asked again and then you responded and said you will not be doing the touch up. I paid money and I had every right to ask when are we scheduling. If that’s called difficult then you are mistaken. The intent was to take my money and not do the touch up. The only reason I paid it was because you guys promised to touch up. I paid my part you guys didn’t keep your word. At the end of the day you guys didn’t charge me because you saw how bad it looked. I can post my pictures. You guys have no problem posting on Instagram but you couldn’t do the retouch. 2 months later is when you decided to say you will not do retouch. I was not difficult and at the end of the day not everyone is going to like your work. I have all the texts between us and I was nothing but respectful and nice to you guys. Don’t get mad because I didn’t like your work. This is what business owners go through. You learn from it. I would never recommend this place. I regret it. Me being a Christian has nothing to do with your Poor quality of work. Me paying because I felt bad was a stupid mistake of mine. Don’t discredit my integrity.For someone saying they did hundreds of work and have happy clients yea 4 people said something out of the hundreds. bravo. I demand a full refund. Extremely disappointed.
