I Called. Godda answered. I think she thought she was God. Quite possibly the rudest person I have ever spoke with .. She was evasive, purposly not answering my questions relating to cost. Her insisting upon knowing my birth date and name shows she’s looking for answer from a machine instead of listening to her customer. That is why I am NOT a CUSTOMER

I’ve been using Kroger pharmacy for years. Since moving to Dallas I’ve had nothing but trouble. I get two different stories when I call and when I come to pharmacy. Some people are nice but some are rude. It got to be too much hassle so I decided to switch to another pharmacy. Very disappointing.
