… low prices with GoodRx – and to get my fuel perks. They need to organize the entire store, it’s a mess – unless you like exercise or the challenge of finding an item!!

Pharmacists here are very unprofessional and unorganized.

I had to go to the ER on the 20th of April. We told the doctor to send my prescriptions to this Kroger because it was close to us and cheap. We arrived 15 minutes before closing time unfortunately but I needed the medicine. The first think the lady asks me is (I don’t know her name but she seemed of Asian descent, long black hair) if we can wait till tomorrow morning because “we are about to close in 15 minutes and I need to start getting everything ready”. I told her “I’m sorry I need it now.” She said, “Ok go sit down over there”. I said, “No thank you.” She walks away. Then from where she’s standing she yells out to me, “You can sit down”, with a passive-aggressive tone. I had to say again “I’m ok. Thank you.” Then my grandmother asks her if she could use her Kroger card. The pharmacists says, “Not right now.” Again, passive-aggressive tone. She was completely unprofessional and flat-out rude. She was clearly upset at the fact we showed up 15 minutes before close. I’m sorry that I had to go to the ER and get medicine.. like what? You never know what someone’s condition is and if they need that medicine right that second. Needs to be more professional & they were still taking people at the window 5 minutes before close so clearly she was the only one with the problem..I also want to add that my prescription was for Xanax due to my high anxiety .. maybe THATS why she had a problem butyou never know somebody’s situation..

I’m an mma fighter and I’m having some issues with cauliflower ear. I came in asking for a syringe so I can drain the hematoma developing on my left ear, and the woman at the counter stared at me like I was a drug addict and denied me service…not sure if this is a new policy or not, but the Walmart down the street had no issues. It isn’t against the law so I don’t see what your angle is. Never using Kroger for pharmacy again!

Unfortunately I am going to echo what others have said about this pharmacy. They seem disorganized and I don’t get my prescriptions in a timely manner. As well, if they are behind they don’t let you know. Then I have to call to follow up, and I swear I have to ring their phone 25 times before someone picks up. In my most recent go around with them, my doctor prescribed a medication that was not in stock. I did receive a phone call telling me when it would be in stock. When I picked up another prescription a day after my out of stock meds were supposed to be stocked, they told me they would have it the next day. A week goes by, I call, and even though, I, at no time told them I did not want the prescription, they returned it and didn’t have it anymore. Today I refilled a prescription to be ready after 3pm. Haven’t gotten any calls saying my prescription is ready. I hate having to change pharmacies, but I’ve given them a year and my experience has not been great.
