We have a long loved the pharmacy even though they have a high turnover rate (which leads to lots of mistakes!!) because Frank the pharmacist has been a good manager to his pharmacy techs and knocked them back into line when they perform errors. However, we have experienced ROXANNA breaking the law two times in the last four months. We are switching to Spring Creek Pharmacy that is family owned and extremely caring to their patients. Moving forward, I will be voting with my dollars.

This is the greatest group of pharmacists and staff I have ever visited. We have moved out of Plano but continue to drive to this Kroger for all our medications and supplies. Staff is always helpful and pleasant. If you have not been to this pharmacy, you owe it to yourself to check them out.
