Funny how at 10 to close I was denied entry to this store. The website says it is open.. then they allowed a blond woman to enter as I’m sitting here making my review. They apparently make their own rules. They say screw you corporate and some customers. I needed one 1 item. But I was told we are closed! But yet it’s still not even midnight! I took the guys picture to post with this but don’t see yet to where to add it. This location needs to have CORPORATE come in and show them a thing or two about rules and customer service. It’s disgusting how they just dropped the ball.

I use to love this Kroger when I do shop at Kroger. I would drive from Richardson just because Janice had amazing customer service skills and was amazing. She treated ALL the customers like you’d want to treated (which is rare) and now that she’s gone I’ve gone in there 3 times and its not the same. Kroger lost a great employee and a customer!!

I tried to walk in at 12:04 am and it shows that they close every day at 1am on Google, but there was a security guard behind the door that motioned they were closed. I understand people need to have time off and a business needs to run, but I don’t appreciate planning on buying and making dinner for the girlfriend whenever the information is incorrect. I guess I’m winging it tonight after a long day working.
