I just transferred all my prescription to your pharmacy, and I have never experienced so much incompetence before. 1. The wait time is terrible(30 minutes). 2. Employees not properly trained. 3. It takes over 3 days to fill a prescription. 4. I just called today about, I assume a miss understanding of my prescription. I was expecting a 90 QTY and received 30 count. The lady(Angie) raised her voice to me because I failed to understand the difference in the count. I just transferred all my prescription from the Brookshires in Anna, and I know what I’ve been getting for the last two years. I live in Sherman so I wanted to support local businesses. I asked to speak with the pharmacy and was put on hold until I just finally gave up. I’m really disappointed in the overall customer service and operation execution pharmacy department.

Cuz is in my neighborhood all you can need is almost there. The only problem is costumer service and cashiers. . I suggest a just a cashier for handicap and 65+ costumers cuz we have a lot of retirement costumers in this area also update like kroger signature will be awesome and real rival to the collapse Walmart supercenter.
