I want to love this store because I prefer Kroger over other chains and it’s close to my home. It seems that every time I go, there’s always an issue. Not enough team members on the registers, items don’t ring up at their advertised price and the layout is weird compared to other stores. Please take this review to heart and make some improvements to your store. I want to feel good about shopping here!

Disappointing visit this time. Shelves were not properly stocked. Many open spaces for store branded items. Elderly employee wearing a white round hat did not wash his hands before returning to work after restroom visit. This same employee was cell phoning in the men’s handicap toilet last week and didn’t wash his hands that time either which is why i noticed it this time. Cashier inadvertently charged item twice. No big deal normally, but the tattooed customer service center lady Jessica was nowhere to be found until the cashier PA’d for her. I guess she was napping in the cash closet and must have woken up on the grumpy side . Refund handled but only begrudgingly.

Really annoyed with this store. It has now gotten to the point where I have to take a picture of the shelf tag for all items I buy because invariably several items ring up wrong or do not take off the supposed discount, even when its posted in their flyer. Just tonight I bought 3 bags of Fritos that rang up 2.99 each that were right there in the flyer for 1.99, in addition to several frozen dinners that scanned with wrong prices. Even more annoying is the fact that the register does not show the final discounted price of the individual item until after you pay and inspect your receipt. I stood there for 20 minutes while the checkout attendant corrected the mistakes. But by far the most annoying thing this store does is they shut off most of the lights at 11:30pm. How they can think that this is acceptable during business hours is beyond me. You close in an hour and a half. Is it worth majorly inconveniencing your customers for the infinitesimal savings in electricity? I’m seriously surprised that its even legal, which I’ll find out soon enough. But its just another in a litany of problems with this store, like never any Boars Head sliced beef in the cooler, outdated shelf tags, stockers clogging up the aisles during business hours….just on and on.
