Consistently fails to stock own-brand items. Night employees are not empowered to apply corporate policies (make it right) to ameliorate these failures. Management needs to wake up.

I was very disappointed on my first visit to the store and decided to give it a second chance. My second experience was worse than the first. The store is dirty, disorganized and products are not available that are advertised. Products are stocked on the wrong shelves according to labels, and many many prices are missing. This was a most disappointing experience. Food that is supposed to be stored in the refrigerator was stored in a freezer, which impacted the quality negatively. I would rather drive a half an hour further than go back to this store.

There’s always a super friendly staff here and they usually have great deals and prices on most items.Recently I spilled something while going through the self check out and everyone who helped had a smile on their face, was very friendly and courteous, and I didn’t see a single complaint.I would highly recommend this Kroger location.
