Worst Kroger ever. It is 12.45h and I wanted 4 fried chicken breast. I asked if they would cook another and they basically said tough luck. A few of the employees here have a bad habit of mean mugging people here too. And a few weeks back while I tried to get into my uber 5 employees saw me struggle with their cart. Guessing I am not welcomed here. Calling corporate to ask if I’m not welcomed and will always be denied at kroger

Great prices, good products, meh customer service. With the membership card, it is cheaper than Walmart, plus cleaner. I like that they have good fresh produce, well-stocked meat, clearance bins (produce, bakery, and deli), fancy soda, and self-checkout, and they rarely relocate products. I’d like it if they sold nuts and snacks by weight. If it matters to you, the employees don’t tend to be friendly or mindful to not block aisles when filling orders or sticking shelves.
