Not a pleasant experience I had in this shop. They prepared wrong donuts for my mobile order. At first, they didn’t allow me to check the content, but finally I found out it was completely wrong. Didn’t even apologize to me. Parking easy and quiet inside the shop.

This place has always been good. I never had a problem at all. Yeah, every now and then when you order a dozen of doughnuts it might seems smaller and not as fresh as the other 95% of the time you may get them but that’s life. Nobody is perfect, but other than that, they are great. And I love there Hot Vanilla!!! You have to try it Now they have heightened the price up a bit but it’s worth it. Especially when you get them hot and fresh ❤

What’s great is this Krispy Kreme is right across the street from Kaiser, so it’s nice to come here and treat yourself. Customer service cashier should be more patient, especially with themselves if your machine doesn’t take card. But don’t have me choose a dozen different donuts and THEN tell me the debit reader isn’t processing transactions.
