Nestled in a little shopping center off Shaw near the 41, this market can be a little easy to miss. But it’s well worth keeping your eye out for it. Korea Mart has an extensive selection of ingredients for Korean and Asian cuisine as well as a wide variety of pantry staples and instant meals. They have a fridge packed with jars of fresh kimchi, that is easily some of the best I’ve ever had. They have an wide variety of freshly cooked Korean meals as well. Unfortunately I don’t have a very extensive knowledge of Korean food or cooking and therefore I can’t really do this place justice. You need to visit Korea Mart to get the full experience.
