Very nice and private funeral home. This was my first experience having to make arrangements for a family member with the passing of my mother, and being an only child it was quite difficult. I did not know where to start or how to go about things. Jeff walked me through everything and helped me out anyway he could. It’s nice to know there still good people in today’s world and I would highly recommend anyone to use this funeral home. I am very grateful to have met Jeff and thankful for all the help he provided.

This review took me a little bit to write just because of the difficulty I’ve had with my mother’s passing a month and a half ago. This is without a doubt the hardest situation I’ve ever faced but I COULD NOT have made it through without Jeff’s help and generosity. I mean literally from the initial phone call all the way to my mother’s service, he worked with my father and I to figure out what was the best moves to make. Jeff has never made me feel like I was just another customer/sale, going above and beyond is putting it mildly, to be honest. I’m 29 and have lost my mother to extraordinary circumstances, when Jeff heard what happened he said “You’re around the same age as my son, my natural fatherly instinct is to protect you.” That comment showed me how much he cares about people and it’s incredible how much easier Jeff made this whole process. I cannot thank Jeff enough, going through one of my darkest times, he restored my faith in humanity. I do have one complaint, though…. I can’t give Konicek & Collett more than 5 stars!
