I will stalk this place as soon as I ever get back to Kona! I tried the strong coffee, ate a delicious slice of pie, and sat on the sea wall behind the cafe~ what’s better than pie, coffee, and a view! Then to top it off~ the Cafe offers shipping home! What! I don’t have to cram more stuff in my suitcase! And get to bring my boyfriend something back from Hawaii he’ll enjoy over and over again. Kona Cafe offers different coffees, and our favorite is the Chocolate Macadamia Nut Flavored (Peaberry Dark). This coffee smells decadent, and drinks strong but not bitter. It’s not cheap, but neither is going out for good coffee every morning. So we’re saving money drinking this amazing coffee at home every morning…and I’m reminded of sitting on the sea wall in Kona watching the waves and far off whale spray.
