Clean store with masks and hand sanitizer available at the entrance. Everything is well organized and attractive. There are plenty of staff walking around but few cashiers. This means one super long line and a long wait. The cashiers are friendly and are going as fast as they can. I suggest they open another cashier station. They only have one by the entrance. Sigh…

So, at 2:30 in the morning I finally had to admit that I needed a medium size suitcase for my work trip on Sunday. I had thought about it all day prior but never pulled the trigger. On Kohl’s website I found a Samsonite that was extremely reasonable & purchased it with the plan to pick it up at opening. So, I sat there at 8:55 just hoping they had it ready knowing that I had to return a friend’s car by 9:15. At exactly 9am I received a text message informing me that my suitcase was ready for pickup and sure enough, there it was. Just like clockwork I had got the suitcase, returned the car 5 minutes early & started to pack my things. Done at noon I went for a motorcycle ride & grabbed one of those super burritos I always crave!

Cluttered floor with too many items on clearance that promote sales but very little savings to be seen. Same with clearance items. Flow of products in store makes no sense that can easily push the eyes to look elsewhere. Staff vibe feels more like Mervyn, Sears or Montgomery Wards vibe, old fashioned as they don’t seem interested in assisting customers or acknowledge a waiting customer. Staff seem to only help patrons they feel familiar in helping with.
