I went to drop off an Amazon return and was not disappointed. The staff was friendly and greeted me immediately. The process was very quick and the associate was nice. They gave me a coupon to shop so I looked around. The store was very neat and clean. Once I was done shopping, the checkout line moved fast. I was out of the door in a jiffy.

Older lady with with white hair in a bun came to the wall where towels are and she was arranging them while I was trying to pick the colors and sizes I needed. She huffed and puffed as she folded towels. I was folding and placing the towels back that I did not want so I don’t know what her problem was. I went to a different department until she was done and she followed me. Then I went back to the towels and she made her way there again, I stood from afar and she kept looking at me over her shoulder as she folded towels once again. So rude. I complained to the cashier about her, hopefully she gets trained or something. She made me feel uncomfortable. I bought 8 towels but I wish she would have gotten out of my way so I could made better color selection.
