My online order was missing an item so I went into the store just a few minutes ago to get it replaced. There were two hospitable ladies at the front who greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. Then the lady at Customer Service was very nice and directed me where I could go look for the replacement AND sent someone to help me look. The lady who came to help showed up seconds later to help me look and even went and looked in a different part of the store. When we found the item I needed, she even offered to help me find anything else I needed.This was the BEST customer service I have experienced in years. Way to impress, Kohl’s College Station!! Thanks for the great service!!

Amazing deals! I definitely recommend checking out the men’s clearance section..I went today and stuff that was originally $80 was discounted to $16!!!!! If you want to actually buy really nice men’s formal Wear though, I don’t recommend it because the options are somewhat limited. The bathroom is also really nice and clean. The employees are nice.Accessibility: I would say it’s fairly easy for wheelchair users to get around.

It’s a Kohl’s. And it is as good as a Kohl’s can get. Wife hit the jackpot with 6 pairs of shoes today. After discounts and a coupon $102. But nothing I needed. Maybe next time.
