I ventured out to Kohls, Tyler TX to return merchandise. My experience was 5 star! I was in line for less than two minutes. The associate handling the return was both pleasant and professional. The return took less than five minutes to complete. I then mentioned I would also like to pick up a separate order as well. This transaction was handled as smoothly as the return and only added about a minute and a half to my time there. I was extremely pleased and would like to add I’ve never had a negative experience when shopping or returning.

Kohl’s is a handy return site for Amazon. The staff are consistently upbeat, friendly and helpfull. The store was well stocked and merchandised. While the staff were fully masked and signs posted to use a mask, my wife and I were not scorned for not using a mask.
