Robert was the Kohl’s employee manning the Amazon Return kiosk. Let me tell you, he was seamless and efficient in moving the line quickly, even when another customer had no clue how to do a return, he was able to guide her through the app return process while still moving the line!! I was very impressed and Robert should be recognized for his excellent customer service!!!

I can’t even remember the last time I shopped at Kohl’s but I was in the area and decided to stop. I wasn’t really looking for anything in particular but I thought if I walked around I might find some shorts or a summer dress or something. The prices seemed really high considering the quality of some of the items. There weren’t really any good sales on anything so… I guess I remember why I don’t shop here.
