Great customer care, good selection of name brand clothing, quality items and reasonable prices. Nothing special about this particular Kohls but its always a great place to get new clothes. I will say that their lines can get long and they only have a few checkers at a time, but overall its a great place.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! Frequently find that prices displayed do not match the amount charged at register. Take a picture of the sale price of the item you plan to purchased, otherwise you have to wait forever for a price check. After waiting in a lengthy line (only one checker working checkout), then waiting on the price check, and then denied the POSTED price!!! I went back to the display, verified the price, took a picture of the item with posted price. Instead of going through the long line again, I went to the returns (customer service) counter to pay for items and they refused to check me out!!! There were no customers at the returns counter and there were TWO employees doing nothing.
