Quality of item was poorly made ( comforter). CS would not allow me to exchange but rather gave me an miniscule CREDIT. We do have a card with them. This was not a kohl’s bucks issue. Also had a purchased new slow cooker. The heating element was installed improperly and was burning our counter, yet was not heating the food inside the crackpot! We haven’t had good luck with a lot of our purchases their.And I found only one genuinely sweet cashier..at my store. This was my experiences. I hope it is not the case most days.
