This was a pleasant surprise! I’ve never been in a Kohl’s. I just went in for an Amazon return. This is a really nice store, and I stayed to shop a bit. Clean, stocked, well lit. Prices are good.People are very friendly. Literally everyone I passed looked up from what they were doing and said good morning. I didn’t have to go looking for help. I was asked if I needed help in both departments I went to.Really refreshing. It has everything a department store should have, but it’s not overwhelming. And there’s a nice mix of known brands and commodity merchandise.Will def return. Someone is doing a great job finding and hiring good people who want to do a good job

I went in late last week to return an Amazon package. It was around 9:40pm and Kohl’s closes at 10pm. This was my first time I ever returned a package to Kohls so I waited on line at the front. The nice cashier saw me waiting with an Amazon box and told me that I had to go to another counter in the back for Amazon packages. When I got there the two people told me very bluntly that they were already closed and I would have to come back tomorrow. I went back to the original cashier to tell them what they informed me. Thank goodness the manager, Branden, overheard my issue and told me that they were wrong for turning me away and took my package and gave me a receipt. He informed me that they are to receive returns until closing. Thank you Branden and the cashier (I didn’t get her name) for assisting me. That is great customer service!!

The place was very clean and organized and the line at the register went super fast. It wasn’t really that long to begin with, but still. The only thing I wasn’t too fond of was the attitude of one specific employee.
