Every since KO took over the service has declined. No onsight office person anymore, no trash dumpster anymore and when you call them they are not very customer friendly. If you don’t mind conducting all your business online this place will probably work for you.

We had our storage unit for 4.5 years and never once had an issue. We had a climate control unit and actual signed before the current manager took over a few years back. Both past and present managers were lovely. A new company bought it out over a year ago and raised the prices, but honestly it’s still a better price than any storage facility with climate control in the area. Would definitely recommend it to anyone!

I was very impressed with the service at this storage unit facility!!! Annette (Netti) was the sweetest thing in all of Wichita Falls. She got me right into a unit and I was all moved in in less than 30 mins!!!! She made the experience flawless and effortless. Not to mention the rates here are fantastic!! I paid $40 less for a 10×20!!!
