Jenny takes her time to conduct an intensive inspection and takes the time to answer my Clients questions and explain everything to them. I use Knox Pest Control on my own properties.

I contacted Knox to complete a termite inspection on a Monday. They told me they would be out to complete the inspection early that week so we could close on a refinance for our scheduled time. They never followed up nor came out to do the inspection.I contacted them a week later to which they informed me that they planned to go out that Tuesday (not what they informed me first). After they went out on Tuesday, they informed us they could not issue the report because they could not access an area of the home (the crawl space). They wasted a week and a half of our team just to complete no work at all. I do not recomend them not only for the poor service, but for the poor attitude as well.
