Very honest and amazing!!! Small and perfect will not rip you off like the big chains! They are trustworthy something you don’t find much these days. I have purchased items and had them repair my wedding ring several times here !! Will not go any where else for my personal repairs! BTW bought an amazing pair of earrings( unique) for Christmas here. My jewelers from now on!

Sue was so welcoming and professional, I was immediately impressed by this shop. Not only did she quote a very reasonable price, but had the work done before her initial completion timeline. Poor in person customer service, the owners refused to come out from the back room to personal speak with us regarding a repair, they only sent their helper back and forth many times. I originally called and spoke with Sue the owners wife, I explained what needed to be fixed and inspected, all was good on the phone, Sue made everything sound perfect. But once we arrived we weren’t greeted and the tone of the helper was very unhelpful and it seemed as if they didn’t even want to help do the repair. I am highly disappointed especially since I was hoping the other reviews were true. I drove a hour to get here and was told now I needed even more work then expected and a bill of over $200 for something I was quoted $40 for originally. Buyers and consumers beware.
