Very happy with my new lease. I felt more at ease than any other dealership. Both sales and financial staff very upfront and bent over backwards to help. Service center is awesome and will see you right away. Parts department are very friendly and let you know quickly when your parts are in. Go see Knights today before going anywhere else.
Sleet
They called me and told me they would replace the engine control module under warranty and had ordered the part. That was fine. I asked for the 12,000 mile service to be done while it was there. A few days later on a Friday, 20 minutes before closing, they called seeking the second key fob to program the new ECM. They should have told me about the fob days earlier. So the truck was stuck there over the weekend again. When I picked it up, I found out that they didn’t do the 12k mile service as requested. It’s very frustrating to have to do the whole car drop off/pickup at a different repair shop and spend more time on this. The last time I went there for a recall and inspection, they thought this was proper NYS inspection sticker placement on a brand new $50k+ truck.
