Knapp delivered on time and the flower arrangement was beautiful and at a low cost. Great customer service! Even as busy as they were with teacher appreciation week and Mother’s Day orders, they processed our order over the phone and delivered in a couple of hours. Amazingly good!

WOW! My son is getting married today. His bride’s flowers fell apart literally two and a half hours before the wedding. I called Knapp, texted them a picture of what they looked like before the catastrophe, and within 30 minutes Knapp had a new bouquet and boutenier ready for pick up. And it is beautiful. Talk about above and beyond and when the original flowers were not made by them! Saved the day and we could not be more appreciative. They’ve gained a customer for life.
