I’m 19 years old and signed up for the eureka crate, I was worried, at first, that it would be too easy, but it’s a very fun challenge. It’s exciting to see which project I will receive. Shipping has never been a problem. I decided to end my subscription, however, because I believe I have had enough fun with it, also because the crates are $30 on average. Besides that, I’ve enjoyed it.

The product has been great, but the 5 stars are even more for the customer service. I’ve dealt with them twice, and both times they were able to take care of the issues politely, efficiently, and without issue. They don’t bounce you from person to person; you can take care of seemingly any issue (or at least both issues I had) on the online chat. I’m very impressed.

We love Kiwi Crates. It’s the best gift idea, best rainy day activity and more. My 5 year old absolutely loves when a crate arrives and is so proud of each activity he builds. We have done monthly subscriptions and purchased one time crates as well. Out of all the crates we have done, we had one with a missing item. But customer care was quick and easy with their online messenger, and very kind. Can’t recommend these enough!
