Kitchen & Bath CRATE have a great team and you realize from the start that they are a cut above the rest. Chris was an engaging sales rep and we were given realistic expectations about the options and the cost. Lindsay is highly recommended, and although we changed some of the colors later, she was able to ensure that we had a coordinated design. The work overall was of a very high standard and when we had a permit delay and some concerns about the project management, a phone call to Scott, CEO, quickly resolved the issues. Jake, the Operations Director, stepped in and delivered a first class result. We are delighted with our master bathroom and despite the delays, some Covid related, it was well worth waiting for!

We finally found a contractor that is old school customer service oriented. It was evident from our first conversation with the owner Scott and then at the first meeting with Chris to evaluate the scope of the job and estimate the cost to remodel our kitchen. He spent well over two hours listening to my ideas and wish list, asking questions, offering advise and taking measurements and notes. Two other contractors we called were in and out and seemed disinterested in comparison. We felt confident we’d be in good hands with KBC after that.We valued the advice and suggestions from our designer Lindsey.Our project manager Richard went over every detail at our first meeting to confirm everything was correct, which was reassuring to us. He was at our home almost daily checking on the progress and quality of the work and finishes. The crew’s workmanship was outstanding, they were polite, hard working, showed up at 7:30 every morning and cleaned up every day before they left.Somehow the five week process (it was a gut job) went by fast and was relatively painless. The project schedule you get at the beginning detailing the scope of work for each day and that was adhered to, helped.The open lines of communication, attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction is why in the end we were glad we chose Crate to renovate our kitchen. They run an organized, professional operation and built us a gorgeous kitchen that we love. Thank you to Scott and your entire team!
