Love this store. But I had bought a beautiful basket with a price tag of $39.99 and their register charged $49.99. I brought it to the cashier’s attention and she had to get a manager, I believed, to correct the register. So I was charged $39.99.I returned to the same store the next day to buy the exact same basket and all the price tags were removed. I spoke with the same manager and asked why the tags were removed and that I had paid $39.99, expecting to pay the same price as yesterday. He told me that they, baskets, were mispriced and that they were $49.99.I didn’t think that was right for the over charge especially when I bought it with a tag that said $39.99 and the manager remembered me from the day before. $39.99 was regular price. Not sale. Not cool

I bought cup there with a letter. I came back 2 days later to exchange it for a different color. The girl said I need the receipt. She wasn’t very friendly nor helpful. She walked away while I looked for my receipt. I asked her to look it up in the system but she said she couldn’t. I think that’s not true and was very disappointed that this store could not have employees with better service.
