I don’t understand how this place has any good reviews at all. I recently made a purchase online for curbside pick up. As soon as I received an email confirming that my item had arrived and was ready for pick up I went to go pick it up. This lady by the name Melinda asked for my name and as she was pulling out my item with my name On it. I noticed she immediately stopped and turned and placed it back. There was Moreno in huge black letters written on top of the box and she turned and told me that it wasn’t there that maybe it got lost Or DAMAGED! First of all how would she know if something is damaged when supposedly the item isn’t there? I came back home and got a call from her a while later saying that she had found my item. I returned to the store to pick up a beaten up box that wasn’t even the right box of the item i had purchased came home opened the box and guess what…..My item was damaged significantly….!!!!!! Coincidence. So I returned to either get my money back or another item. After waisting my time with this ignorant person who claimed she was the manager which I don’t understand who would even consider placing someone in charge like her i asked for my money back. Now usually when you go to a store and return something, money goes back to the same form of payment used. She kept asking for a different credit card one without a pin then said it didnt even have to be in my name just another card.Horrible experience never shopping there again! Who knows what really happened to my item and why the box that had my name on it which I saw had someone elses!
