It truly pains me to write this review. My experience can be summed up as weeks of unanswered messages, one scheduled appointment in which Kipper (Erin) did not show to fix the problem, pants I had to pay an external tailor to fix, and a shirt that STILL does not fit. I had a great start to my experience with Kipper. I loved the initial consultation and finally felt like I was going to get the suit I had dreamed of. When the suit finally arrived, the neck measurement was so off that it wouldn’t button all the way up. After weeks of messaging them, I finally got an appointment and he just moved the button to the very edge of the shirt instead of making it fit the way it should (pictures reflect how misaligned and poorly done this was for a CUSTOM suit). The pants were also messed up and I’ve had to take them to a tailor for fixing. I’m honestly just so sad that I paid (a lot) for a product that was meant to make me feel so special and am left only feeling disheartened.
