This place has always been great. Always felt like a neighborhood store. I looked forward to going there. Until I left there today. I have picked up a prescription for my wife here several times (non controlled substance). Today I walked in close to closing time, the line is 5 or 6 deep. No sweat I think but notice people are not socially distanced. When I request to pick up her prescription I am asked for my wife’s date of birth. I tell the clerk I don’t know it, but I’ve picked this up before and wasn’t asked for her date of birth. Her reply to me was, Well I wasn’t the one helping you! OK, fine. Have it your way,. Give them a yeah they make us gather this information or something without an edge. And to elevate your importance as the person serving the customer? That’s an F in customer care! And you’re a pharmacy, not a hardware store! Call me fragile if you wish – the way customers are clustered together (not distanced) and the rude treatment combine to make this place a hard no for me.

Kinney Drugs, on Cayuga street, is wonderful. Small town feel. It’s mixed into a nice neighborhood. No drive thru, closes at 6, not open on Sundays. Excellent pharmacy service. I can be a difficult customer and they have been wonderful. They will even deliver!
