Due to the experience I had at Kilgore tire and auto 3/31/21 while having work done on a 2011 Cadillac CTS I will no longer be using any other shop for my alignment needs. Not only are they great to deal will but they will do what they can to go the extra mile for you as a customer so I will recommend them every chance I get and the will be the official alignment shop for Crazy Car Guy Auto

What great management and staff!! I was on the way to Dallas from Florida, with a hurricane quickly approaching, with high winds and rain and an hour before they were set to close. My vehicle’s emergency brake locked up on the Interstate and I was able to – barely limp into the shop. While they had other customers, they made me (with no place to run to) a priority – got it on a lift immediately and pulled out the busted parts of the emergency brake. (regular brakes worked fine). And – they charged me $20.00! What nice people! Best repair shop I have ever visited!!!
