I received wonderful customer service from Guadalupe! She took the time to test my skin and explain the difference between mine and a healthy one. She listened to my concerns and dislikes, showed me products that she felt would be good for me, and took the time to explain each one. I never felt like any of the products were pushed on me either. I was reassured that if any of the products were not to my liking I could return them without an issue. She also helped my husband find products that would suit his needs and skin type. So far everything recommended has helped reduce wrinkles, even out my skin tone, and make my skin feel so soft! Yes it’s pricey but so worth it!

I would give negative stars if I could. I placed an order online for pick up. It clearly stated after I placed the order and in the email to not go to the store until you have been notified that your order is ready for pick up. Well, that was Friday. Today is Monday and I still haven’t heard anything. I was planning on calling tomorrow, but instead I received an email tonight stating that they canceled my order! They never notified me by phone or email. I absolutely love the products and I’m a sapphire reward member. The customer service is truly getting worse with every order. I will absolutely never give this location my business ever again. I literally picked up a different order from the Victoria Gardens location today, because they sent me an email. For the money spent, it’s not worth being treated like this. I will be contacting the Kiehl’s customer service department first thing in the morning. This is absolutely unacceptable. You’re giving an amazing company and bad rep.
