This place is awful! 0 stars wasn’t an option. The front desk worker doesn’t know anything and couldn’t make up her mind which story she wanted to tell me. I am just glad I did not leave my precious valuables there for him to frame. Just awful. DO NOT USE!!! It does not matter if you can do the best framing if you don’t know how to run a business. This company needs to be put out of business. It was sketchy the minute I walked in the door.

BEWARE! The owner of this place is being extremely distanced. Scott, Michael’s helper, tries to help out how he can, but communication between Michael and his employees is terrible and even worse between him and his customers.It took weeks to even find out what was going on with my piece and even more time once I reexplained my desires to Scott (who was very helpful, but is a shop worker and not in the front office and not able to take, track, or return finished orders)For the time being, find another place to do business with.
