I am a regular customer of this store. And today I went to the store to buy a pair of shoes for my son. When we got there he choose a pair that it was on sale with the tag on it for $129.99 so I order it. Then I saw a employee taking all the sales tickets of the other shoes. When I asked her why she said is not longer on sale but I explain to her that already order one of the shoes. She said well you have to paid the full price. I told her it was not fair because I was waitting my sons try on it. She reply that we dont have that shoes on my hands yet and they didn’t have time to take the sales tickets. So I asked for the manager and she said that she is and refused to give me the shoes for the sale price that it was on the shelf.She never was polite and poor customer service to be a manager.
