Purchased a set of skis online. Next day received a phone call that they didn’t have the skis. Tried to sell me a lower end used ski for a small discount. Not sure what is going on here but in 2021 eCommerce you have to do much better. I added a second star because their communication was good after the fact.

Very bad experience! Took my bike for a tune up, they told me it’ll take like 20 minuets, after 2 hours when I keep asking them, they finally started working on my bike (they didn’t actually fix my bike at the end). Very bad customer service (only one lady was helpful)Avoid this place for bike repair, I just don’t know how their google rate is so high!
