Sloan was SO helpful! I called in looking for a particular bracelet that was sold out online and unfortunately they didn’t have enough either(for my bridesmaids as a gift). But she showed me alternatives and helped me pick what would look great with my wedding colors. She personalized each box with their names and a special message. I love in Boerne, TX and they took care of the shipping and it was here in less than 2 days time! Thank you so much for everything and helping me check one thing off my wedding to do list. 🙂

My wife and daughter love Kendra Scott. Always had a great experience except when the stone fell out of my wife’s ring one week later. I took it in and they fixed it. Fingers crossed. The birthday month discounts are excellent. The store is nice and clean and the staff is helpful. Great covid measures put in place. A thumbs up for a local artist who turned an idea into a brand.

This is a newer location (recently moved) and it looks great. From the jewelry displays to the mall location, it’s a great convenient shopping spot.The customer service guests are pretty friendly and are very informed about their products. They’re charming and will win your business if you need help looking for a special gift.There is a section within this store, I don’t recall seeing it at the old location, where they custom make the jewelry in front of you. I wasn’t sure if it was made to order or if they were just piecing the jewelry together to place on the displays. Nonetheless, it was cool to see the workers in action.
