Got a defective item from a KS store (one of the earrings will not stay closed) and brought it back to this store. They do not have it in store but looked on line and it’s still in stock, but now want me to pay shipping to replace the item that was defective. Something isn’t quite right. What happened to customer service and making things right?

Wonderful experience, as usual! Friendly staff, they know how to help you pick a beautiful piece! With it being close to Christmas, there were a lot of lost looking men trying to find something. The staff were great about asking the right questions!I love their sale section, I always make a beeline to it! I prefer this location over the domain. Don’t forget to take advantage of half off birthday month!
