I hope this review gets to corporate for comment. I went to the Kelly Moore in Pacific Grove, just behind the Starbucks. No one in the store, other than an employee. I needed one gallon of semi gloss premium to match a light gray color that I brought in. I was told sorry, no can do today, perhaps come back Monday? Its Saturday afternoon. ???!!!He proceeded to tell me he has three people in front of me, and he has inventory to do? Really. Remember NO ONE is in the store and he’s doing inventory.I like Kelly Moore paints.I drive to Seaside, wow what a difference. I showed the staff what color I was looking for. No problem, found the color, mixed the gallon to specs and I’m out in less that 10 minutes.The difference between the two stores us Zero stars for PG, and 5 stars for the guys in Seaside.
