Had to come in for collision repair and Ed was extremely helpful, keeping me informed every step of the repairs. Was even completed earlier than promised. He made it easy with Enterprise and I was able to leave the rental right at Keeler. Had a problem with the engine light and Christina went above and beyond getting me a loaner car and surprising me that the repair was covered under warranty. Love Mercedes and especially the service at Keeler. Always was in and out with no long waits. As Ed said…he’s on the same side of the desk as me, and we’re all a family!
