huge pigeon problem in this subdivision. at the very least you will want to cover (net) your solar panels between the roof and panels or expect to have lots of pigeons and baby’s roosting under the panels which will not only create a mess but will be costly when all the poop begins to rot out your roof tiles…. not much luck in getting the developer to foot the cost to net the panels for potential buyers. depending on number of panels average cost can be 400-600.00. But well worth the investment!
