Very sweet lady but has no recollection of items you drop off to her. I think maybe she needs an assistant because it’s just her with loads of items to sew. She doesn’t really give you anything to prove you left something so maybe take a pic of your request/items before you leave. I’ve been going to her recently but will have to stop due to her not remembering that I dropped off two items for her to sew. I had to go to the store to search for them (2 months later) and only found 1 of the 2 items. Which still hadn’t been worked on. I didn’t have an exact date I needed them done so she said she’d call when they were ready. She never did (yet tried to tell me she did. I have her number saved in my phone and didn’t receive a call) so that’s what led me to check on the items. She then tried to point out her items not picked up in 30 days will be sold or donated sign. Again, I didn’t call because she said she would let me know and I wasn’t in a rush. Mrs Kay DID however fix the 1 item I did find free of charge but, be weary of the risk you may be taking leaving items here. There’s also times I’ve had to constantly check on items I needed by a certain date because she wasn’t finished by the date promised. If you have a deadline I’d recommend using a date 4 days prior to when you’ll actually need it.
