I went in looking for my wedding ring over Black Friday and Claudia was amazing! She was attentive, nice, patient, listened to what I was asking for and helped me find the ring of my dreams. The ring I picked in store was rose gold so we had to order It in yellow gold, and Claudia kept track of my ring the entire time, resized it, and let me know the status of it. It finally arrived to me after a couple months and I could not be happier!! I am so obsessed with it— thank you Claudia for your amazing customer service and wonderful attitude

The manager, Diana is very helpful and will ask you questions to help you make a decision. Very patient and is always make time for the customers. In my time here at the store , she knew the customers by their name and what they had bought, or what they were looking for. I was very impressed as a customer, and I knew that I was taken care by for. I will become a customer for a long time. Thank you Diana for all that you do.
